Conditions to Acquisition of the Land. The obligation of each Participant to perform its obligations on the date on which the Land is to be acquired by Lessor (the "Acquisition Date") shall be subject to the fulfillment to the satisfaction of (including, with respect to writings, such writings being in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent or, where expressly provided below, the Required Entities), or the waiver in writing by, Administrative Agent (at the direction of the Required Entities)of the conditions precedent set forth in this Section 3.2 (in addition to the conditions precedent set forth in Section 3.1) on or prior to such Advance Date (except that the obligation of any party hereto shall not be subject to such party's own performance or compliance):
