Conduct of Contractor Labors. The Corporation/Regional Manager/Warehouse Manager may require the contractor to dismiss or remove from the site of the work any person or persons in the contractors’ employ upon the work who may be incompetent or misconduct himself and the contractor shall forthwith comply with such requirements. In respect of maintenance/repair or renovation works etc. where the labour have an easy access to the individual houses, the contractor shall issue identity cards to the laborer, whether temporary or permanent and he shall be responsible for any untoward action on the part of such labor. AE will display a list of contractors working in the Colony/Blocks on the notice board in the colony and also at the service center, to apprise the residents about the same.
