Such list shall show the name, address and telephone number of each such person, a general statement of the nature of the work to be done, the labor and materials to be supplied, the names of materialmen (if known) and the approximate dollar value of such labor or work with respect to the labor and materials to be supplied;

List of Contractors. The FAA accepts (UK) Part 145 requirements for the MOE to contain a list of all contractors utilized by the AMO and approved by the CAA as part of the MOE. The list contains the name, address, and certificate and rating if applicable. The FAA can accept this practice when the list identifies, by an asterisk or other means of identification, those contractor(s) the AMO will use to support maintenance activities for U.S.-registered aircraft or aeronautical products to be installed on such aircraft. The list of contractor(s) must be made available to the FAA in the English language on request.

List of Contractors. 2.1 ECRC will maintain a list of contractors in the Area of Response that meet the Minimum qualifications and are available to respond to a spill of Oil on land (the “Contractors”). 2.2 ECRC will use reasonable commercial efforts to ensure that the Contractors included on the list maintained by ECRC receive training in accordance with the Minimum qualifications and comply with the preparedness levels of the Minimum qualifications. 3.1 Upon the occurrence in the Area of Response of a spill of Oil on land by the Shipper, the Shipper may contact ECRC by telephone at the number maintained by ECRC for such purposes, and request ECRC to dispatch a Contractor to respond to the spill (the “Dispatch Request”). The Dispatch Request must specify the approximate location and size of the spill, that the individual contacting ECRC is authorized to request services pursuant to this Agreement, the type of Oil involved and the nature and extent of the response services required. 3.2 Upon receipt of a Dispatch Request, ECRC will notify a Contractor of the occurrence of the spill and request such Contractor to respond to the spill (the “Dispatch Services”). As part of the Dispatch Services, ECRC will advise the Contractor of the location of the spill, the type of Oil involved and the nature and extent of the response required, all as related to ECRC pursuant to the Dispatch Request. 3.3 ECRC will use reasonable commercial efforts to ensure that the Contractor acknowledges receipt of ECRC’s notice of the spill and that the Contractor confirms that it will respond to the spill. 3.4 Upon provision of the Dispatch Services, ECRC’s obligations to the Shipper with respect to a Dispatch Request are satisfied. Any response by a Contractor in respect of the spill, and the terms and conditions, upon which any spill recovery services are provided by the Contractor, are matters to be agreed upon between the Shipper and the Contractor.
List of Contractors. Borrower shall deliver to Lender simultaneously with each Request for Disbursement correct lists of all Subcontractors and Materialmen employed in connection with the Restoration. Borrower shall further deliver to Lender from time to time not later than 30 days after Lender's demand therefor correct copies of all contracts with Subcontractors and Materialmen. Each such list shall show the name, address and telephone number of each such Subcontractor and Materialman, a general statement of the nature of the work to be done, the labor and materials to be supplied, the approximate dollar value of such labor, work and materials itemized with respect to each Subcontractor and Materialman, and the unpaid portion and status of such work or whether such materials have been delivered. In the event that Lender determines that any information provided to Lender is incomplete, Lender shall have the right, without either the obligation or the duty, to contact directly each such Subcontractor and Materialman to verify the facts disclosed by such list or reflected in the relevant contract or any other information provided by Borrower or relating to the Hotel.

The list contains the name, address, and certificate and rating if applicable. List of Contractors. The CAA recognizes that 14 CFR part 145 permits the repair station to contract maintenance functions provided the maintenance functions are approved by the FAA and the originating repair station exercises the privileges of its certificate by assuming responsibility for the work performed by providing the approval for release or return to service. Section 145.217 requires the repair station, in a format acceptable to the FAA, to keep records of the name of each outside facility to whom the repair station contracts maintenance functions and the type of certificate and ratings held, if any. The CAA shall accept this practice when the repair station identifies those contractor(s) the repair station will use to support maintenance activities for aircraft registered in the UK or products to be installed on such aircraft. The repair station must establish a list identifying the contractors that hold a UK Part-145 certificate and make it available to the CAA on request.
