Identity Cards. The Government shall issue identity cards to Contractor personnel, after they are approved. Contractor personnel shall display identify card(s) on the uniform at all times while providing services under this contract. These identity cards are the property of the Government. The Contractor is responsible for their return at the end of the contract, when an employee leaves Contractor service, or at the request of the Government.
Identity Cards. The competent authorities of the receiving State shall, in accordance with its regulations, issue relevant identity cards to the members of the consular post and their family members, except those who are nationals or permanent residents of the receiving State.
Identity Cards a. This ID-Card is issued by British Learning for the sole purpose of verifying the authenticity/ genuineness of the identity of the holder. The unique ID number is the ID of the students maintained in the student records maintained by British Learning. It in no way is any kind of registration issued by a medical body, council or a government body. British Learning has no means to verify the authenticity of the name or photograph of the student. This ID-Card therefore cannot be used for any kind of identification. British Learning has no liability whatsoever in case the ID- Card is used by the student for unlawful acts or misrepresentation.
Identity Cards. 1. The Federal Department of Foreign Affairs shall give the ICRC, for the President, each member of the Committee and each staff member, an identity card bearing the photograph of the holder. This card, authenticated by the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs and the ICRC, shall serve to identify the holder vis-à-vis all federal, cantonal and communal authorities.
2. The ICRC shall transmit regularly to the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs a list of the members of the Committee and staff of the ICRC who are assigned to the organization’s headquarters on a lasting basis, indicating for each person the date of birth, nationality, residence in Switzerland or in another country, and the post held.
Identity Cards. 11.1 The Service Provider shall only engage Service Provider Personnel in the provision of the Services who have been issued an Identity Card by the Authority in accordance with this clause 11 and all Service Provider’s Personnel shall visibly display an Identity Card at all times when engaged in the provision of the Services on a Route.
11.2 The Authority shall, at the request of the Service Provider, issue Identity Cards to the relevant Service Provider’s Personnel PROVIDED THAT:
(a) the Service Provider has produced to the Authority the valid enhanced DBS Certificates obtained for the relevant Service Provider’s Personnel in accordance with clause 10; and
(b) the Authority’s Vetting Procedure has been passed to the satisfaction of the Authority.
11.3 Identity Cards shall only be valid for a three year period after which period the Authority may re-issue Identity Cards to such of the Service Provider’s Personnel as is requested by the Service Provider PROVIDED THAT such Identity Cards shall only be reissued on the production by the Service Provider to the Authority of:
(a) a new valid enhanced DBS Certificate obtained by the Service Provider for each individual and dated no earlier than one calendar month prior to the request made by the Service Provider to the Authority for an Identity Card to be reissued; or
(b) on production of an existing valid enhanced DBS Certificate and the conditions in clause 10.3 are met; and the Authority’s Vetting Procedure has been passed to the satisfaction of the Authority.
11.4 The Service Provider shall return to the Authority any Identity Card of any Service Provider Personnel on the cessation of their employment with the Service Provider and where the Service Provider is unable to return the Identity Card, the Authority Must be informed immediately of the name of the individual who is no longer employed or engaged by the Service Provider in the provision of the Services. All Identity Cards issued by the Authority remain the property of the Authority and must be surrendered upon request.
Identity Cards. 16.1 Contractors must make all necessary arrangements for their staff to permanently display identity cards whilst on site. This applies to sub- contractors and any other representative of the Contractor on site. These cards must not be less than 100mm x 70mm and be fitted into a clean polythene cover.
16.2 A good passport type photograph must be located on the left side of the card, the name of the contractor printed in bold at the top with the telephone number of the Contractor and the name of the cardholder clearly printed at the bottom. The card must also include the words “the firm above is contracted to City of York Community And Neighbourhood Housing Operations Group.
16.3 This card must be professionally produced and worn by members of the Contractor’s staff in a visible position at all times when on site. Names of all staff to be employed on the contract, together with an assurance that they have the skill and training to provide the quality of work required, must be provided to the Administrator in writing prior to attendance on site.
16.4 A sample of the identity cards must be submitted to the Administrator for approval before work begins.
16.5 Identity cards must automatically be shown to Customers regardless of whether they are requested or not.
Identity Cards. 17.1 The Ministry of Foreign Affairs shall issue identity cards and accreditation to staff members of the Institute in Spain who are not Spanish nationals or residents in Spain, and to their dependants living with them who are not engaged in any gainful activity. This card shall serve as a form of identification to the Spanish authorities.
17.2 The Institute shall regularly transmit to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs the list of staff members and their place of destination in Spain, together with that of their dependent family members living with them, indicating the date of birth, nationality, residency status in Spain and the category or type of each staff or family member.
Identity Cards. At the request of the Executive Director of the Council, the appropriate services of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation shall issue identity cards to those persons referred to in article 11 of this Agreement.
Identity Cards. The Contractor shall obtain/renew Identity Cards of their personnel to be deployed inside Plant premises, which shall be required to display prominently during the period of their stay within the Plant premises and the Identity Cards shall have the information as demanded by BCPL Authorities. The personnel engaged by the Contractor shall be subject to security check [along with any accompanying baggage carried by them] by BCPL's security personnel while entering / leaving the premises. Within BCPL's premises, the Contractor's personnel shall not do any private / unauthorized work other than their normal duties. Contractor shall be directly responsible for any / all disputes arising between him and his personal and keep BCPL indemnified against all loses, damages and claims arising thereof.
Identity Cards. The Contractor’s staff must be easily identifiable and must provide standard company issue identification to the Client’s staff, AOs, Examination Centres, Scanning Bureaus, Collation Providers and Markers upon request.
