Common use of Conduct of the Disciplinary Hearing Clause in Contracts

Conduct of the Disciplinary Hearing. The conduct of the disciplinary hearing shall be under the control of the hearing officer with due regard for the rights and privileges of the parties. During the examination of a witness, the hearing officer may exclude from the hearing any and all other witnesses. The hearing officer shall have the power to issue subpoenas to compel the attendance of witnesses or the production of documents.
