Conference Planning Period. Each full-time unit member, grades 6-12, shall be provided with at least one (1) conference/planning period within the instructional day. Teachers at the middle and high school levels shall not be assigned more than a five (5) period day. If the school is on a modified schedule, then the conference planning period time must be equitable and may not be offered each day of the week. Unit members shall be present during their conference period unless a site administrator or designee is notified.
