Conference Summary. A Conference Summary is site-based or school-based disciplinary 39 documentation. Any Conference Summary shall be provided to the employee and shall be signed by 40 the employee for the sole purpose of indicating that the employee has received a copy and has had 41 an opportunity to discuss it with their immediate supervisor. If the employee refuses to sign, the 42 Conference Summary will be provided to the employee, indicating that the employee refused to sign.
