Conferences, Seminars and Meetings. (a) Upon the request of the Union, and with the approval of the appropriate Director and the Medical Officer of Health, leave of absence without pay shall be granted to a nurse or nurses in order to attend a meeting, conference or seminar, relating to collective bargaining.
