Audio Conferencing In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed per-minute per bridge rates ranging from $0.0095 to $0.3200 for the following Conferencing Services: Domestic Audio Conferencing: Fixed per-minute rates per participant for domestic Audio Conferencing calls originating and terminating in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, based on method. Instant Replay Plus: Fixed per-minute per-participant rates for Instant Replay Plus usage using toll free number access and toll number access.
Conference Telephone Meetings Directors or members of any committee of the Board may participate in a meeting of the Board or such committee by means of conference telephone or similar communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other, and such participation in a meeting shall constitute presence in person at such meeting.
Parent-Teacher Conferences A. Unit member shall be available at mutually arranged times during the regular school day to confer with parents regarding learning difficulties, student progress and/or behavioral problems a student may be experiencing. Unit members are encouraged to arrange a meeting or conference with parents before or after the regular school day if both time and place are mutually agreeable. B. In the event that a bargaining unit member does not communicate with a parent on the established date for parent unit member conferences as per the calendar adopted by the Board, a reasonable attempt to contact that parent will be made. A reasonable attempt constitutes a phone call or email. If that contact is not returned, the bargaining unit member shall not be obligated to make further contact.
Conference Promptly after the execution of this Contract, Contractor shall confer with the Program Manager, Design Professional, Owner, and Using Agency to identify personnel and relevant organizational charts of each team member, and to establish working relationships with each team member.
PRE-JOB CONFERENCE a) The Employer shall notify the union that a project has been awarded to the Employer following the award. Prior to the start of each project, a pre-job conference shall be held to determine all site-specific issues as outlined in the Agreement. This conference may be conducted via telephone, through a scheduled meeting or by some other practical means as agreed to by the parties. b) A copy of the pre-job conference report shall be provided to the Employer, the Union and the Job Xxxxxxx (s). A copy shall also be posted on the bulletin board(s) at the jobsite.
Member Access to Vendor Proposal Notwithstanding any other information provided in this solicitation or Vendor designation of certain documentation as confidential or proprietary, Vendor’s acceptance of this TIPS Contract constitutes Vendor’s consent to the disclosure of Vendor’s comprehensive proposal, including any information deemed confidential or proprietary, to TIPS Members. The proposing Vendor agrees that TIPS shall not be responsible or liable for any use or distribution of information or documentation by TIPS Members or any other party. By submitting this proposal, Vendor certifies the foregoing. If the vendor is awarded a contract with TIPS under this solicitation, the vendor agrees to make any Choice of Law clauses in any contract or agreement entered into between the awarded vendor and with a TIPS member entity to read as follows: "Choice of law shall be the laws of the state where the customer resides" or words to that effect. Agreed In the event of litigation or use of any dispute resolution model when resolving disputes with a TIPS member entity as a result of a transaction between the vendor and TIPS or the TIPS member entity, the Venue for any litigation or other agreed upon model shall be in the state and county where the customer resides unless otherwise agreed by the parties at the time the dispute resolution model is decided by the parties. Agreed Texas and other states restrict by law or state Constitution the ability of a governmental entity to indemnify others. TIPS requires that any contract entered into between a vendor and TIPS or a TIPS Member as a result of an award under this Solicitation limit the requirement that the Customer indemnify the Vendor by either eliminating any such indemnity requirement clauses in any agreements, contracts or other binding documents OR by prefacing all indemnity clauses required of TIPS or the TIPS Member entity with the following: "To the extent permitted by the laws or the Constitution of the state where the customer resides, ". Agreed
Meetings and Conferences From time to time the Government may require attendance at Government conferences and meetings at no additional cost to the Government.
Recording telephone calls You consent to our recording of your telephone calls with us (whether made via TBS or otherwise) and for such recordings to be used for any purpose as we deem fit including to provide evidence of instructions and other verbal communications, for quality and training purposes, as evidence in any proceedings against you or any other person.
Directory Listings 15.1.1 CBT, as publisher of its White Pages, will include Primary Listings of CLEC’s resale directory customers in its White Pages, and shall cause its publisher to include primary listings of CLEC’s directory customers in its Publisher’s Yellow Pages Directories under the following terms and conditions: 15.1.1.1 CBT will publish the Primary Listing of CLEC Directory Customers located within the geographic scope of its White Pages directory and will recover costs for both resale and facility based Customers in accordance with the Act.
