Confidentiality and Safeguarding Reemployment Assistance Information. A. Contractor staff may have access to confidential Reemployment Assistance information while performing the services described in this Contract. Contractor must implement procedures to ensure protection and confidentiality of data, files, and records involved with the Contract. All Contractor staff assigned to the Contract must sign a confidentiality statement. Contractor’s confidentiality procedures must comply with all state and federal confidentiality requirements, including but not limited to section 443.1715, F.S., and 20 CFR Part 603.
