Project Management Office. (a) Strengthening the capacity of the staff of the Project Management Office, including relevant training.
(b) Establishment of MEH Data Centers in the Republic of Indonesia, Malaysia and the Republic of Singapore, including provision of relevant training to the staff of the MEH Data Centers in operation and management of the MEH system and in data handling and exchange.
Project Management Office. Governance and reporting of the project management process; • Administration of the BRT (Business Request for Technology process); and • Running monthly accounting processes.
Project Management Office. The Project Management Office (PMO) will be located at the premises of A4F and will include the Project Manager (Xxxxx Xxxxxx), the Scientific Manager (Xxxx Xxxxx), the Exploitation Manager (Xxxx Xxxxxxx), a Dissemination Manager (Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx), a Data Management Officer (new hire) and an Administrative Officer (Xxxxx Xxxx). The office will carry out the daily project management activities incl. administrative, financial, legal and contractual management. It is responsible for compliance with the Grant Agreement and Consortium Agreement, IP management, data management, reporting, innovation management and budgets (incl. deviations) as well as updating the project website and other internal communication materials. The PMO is also responsible for all communication with the EC. It will further assist the project coordinator in preparing reports (data requests and consolidation), organizing and chairing meetings by: • Sending invitations, practical information, agenda, templates, attendance lists, etc. in connection with each meeting as well as meeting minutes including list of decisions, actions and participant lists to the partners • Organizing rehearsal review with partners in the case of EC reviews • Facilitating meetings, including presentation of administrative and financial content to the partners.
Project Management Office. 12.2.1. A project management office (“PMO”) will be established and maintained by the Parties and function until at least the Turn-On Date and thereafter, upon the mutual agreement of the Parties, until the Final Migration Date. The PMO will be staffed by representatives of both Parties.
12.2.2. The principal functions of the PMO, as specified in Schedule 27, will be to organize the flow of activities, track budgets and schedules, perform risk management, control action items, report to the Steering Committee on the status of ongoing projects, and perform basic managerial and administrative tasks designed to ensure that the Parties meet their contractual commitments to each other. The precise roles and responsibilities associated with the PMO will be defined and specified in writing by the Parties.
Project Management Office. 8. The Nanjing PMO shall be responsible for the recruitment of consultants financed by the Loan, and shall directly implement the institutional development activities relating to the overall Project. Each Implementing Agency shall be responsible for implementing the institutional development activities associated respectively with their components.
Project Management Office. To ensure successful completion of all project work, The Contractor shall provide a Contractor’s PMO, as set forth above.
Project Management Office. The Parties shall create a project management office (the "PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE"). The Project Management Office shall consist of an equal number of representatives of each Party, or any additional employees or representatives from BCE Nexxia and Clearwire whose involvement shall be required from time to time. The initial designees to the Project Management Office are set out in Schedule 4. Staffing requirements of the Project Management Office shall be reviewed by the Executive Operating Committee BCE NEXXIA/CLEARWIRE MASTER SUPPLY AGREEMENT CONFIDENTIAL quarterly, or on "as needed" basis.
(a) The representatives of each Party on the Project Management Office shall prepare and submit for approval to the Executive Operating Committee, within forty-five (45) days of the Effective Date, a quarterly operations plan for the first quarter following the Effective Date together with a view of the following two quarters (the "INITIAL QUARTERLY PLANNING DOCUMENT") which shall establish the expected role of each Party, asset ownership, coordination of the acquisition of Service Elements and their deployment schedule, together with, without limitation, roadmaps as the same relate to the delivery of the Services and the deployment of a VoIP Services offerings to End Users. Fifteen (15) Business Days prior to the end each quarterly period, the Project Management Office shall develop and submit for approval to the Executive Operating Office a revised operations plan for the following quarter, with a view of the following two quarters (each such quarterly business plans being a "QUARTERLY PLANNING DOCUMENT"). Included in the Initial Quarterly Planning Document and each subsequent Quarterly Planning Document shall be a complete description of the Charges BCE Nexxia intends to incur in connection with providing Services to Clearwire together with a description of all Dedicated Third Party Provider Agreements it proposes to enter into pursuant to Section 2.7 hereof. The written approval of the Initial Quarterly Document and any subsequent Quarterly Planning Document by a Clearwire officer holding the title of Vice President or President shall constitute Clearwire's authorization to incur the costs and expenses included in Charges. Clearwire may not challenge decisions to incur Charges included in the Initial Quarterly Planning Document or any subsequent Quarterly Planning Document once it has been approved in the manner provided in this Section 5.2.

Project Management Office. The Borrower has established a PMO under its Sustainable Health Care Investment Program in the Program Development Department. The PMO shall function as the planning, coordinating, administering, and monitoring unit for project implementation. The PMO shall also review subproject proposals, monitor their progress, and provide recommendations and progress updates. It shall have a project director, a project manager, an assistant project manager and two project associates appointed from among the Borrower’s staff. The project director shall be the officer responsible for overall project execution, finance, monitoring, and reporting to the Committee and ADB. The project manager shall be responsible for project implementation. The assistant project manager, assisted by the project associates, shall run PMO operations on a day-to-day basis. The PMO shall also recruit experts in health systems, hospital civil works, hospital environmental and waste management, monitoring and evaluation, financial management, and legal matters. Other divisions of the Borrower at the central and regional levels shall provide necessary support for the effective implementation of the Project.
Project Management Office. GPG has established the EPP Project Management Office (EPP-PMO) for the Investment Program. The EPP-PMO will be responsible for overall implementation of the subprojects focusing on the technical aspects of the Investment Program. The EPP-PMO will have at least 16 full time staff in the initial phase. The EPP-PMO will be responsible for (i) marketing and promoting EPP, (ii) reviewing and assessing EPP subproject applications based on the selection criteria and approval process for subprojects (refer Schedule 4), (iii) overseeing implementation of subprojects, (iv) measuring and verifying energy savings of implemented projects, and (v) overall monitoring, managing and reporting for the Investment Program.
