Common use of Confidentiality/Media Communication Clause in Contracts

Confidentiality/Media Communication. Formal negotiations sessions will be closed to the press and the public unless agreed otherwise by the Chief Negotiators. No proposal will be placed on the parties’ websites or other public places such as bulletin boards. The parties are not precluded from communicating with their respective constituencies about the status of negotiations while they are taking place.
