Common use of Confined Spaces Clause in Contracts

Confined Spaces. An employee working in a confined space which means a small compartment or place to which access is through a manhole or similar opening, or where work is done in a place the dimensions of which necessitate an employee working in a stooping or otherwise cramped or uncomfortable position, shall be entitled to 56 cents per hour extra while so engaged.
