Confirming Documents. In connection with the issuance of any series of Bonds, the City shall, upon request by the Housing Corporation, authorize, execute, and deliver to the Housing Corporation any certificates, letters, or other documents confirming the obligations of the City under this Contract, or the execution and delivery of this Contract.
