Congressional committees. The reports re- quired under this subsection shall be submitted to— ‘‘(A) the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation of the Senate; (B) the Committee on Appropriations of the Sen- ate; (C) the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs of the Senate; (D) the Committee on Homeland Security of the House of Representatives; and (E) the Committee on Appropriations of the House of Representatives.
