Common use of Consensual Transfer Clause in Contracts

Consensual Transfer. 32 At any time upon agreement by and between the affected administrator(s), one (1) or more employees, 33 the Human Resources Department, and the Association, employees may transfer to a different position 34 for the benefit of the employee, a program, a school, or other District needs.
