Consent for Letting Sample Clauses

Consent for Letting. By signing these Terms and Conditions you warrant to us that you are the owner of the Premises, or otherwise lawfully entitled to enter into an Occupation Agreement. You may be asked to provide us with sufficient documentary evidence to satisfy us and the Occupier that you are entitled to do so. You will be liable to provide us with a full indemnity for any costs, losses, or other expenses we may bear due to you not having the right to enter into an Occupation Agreement.

Consent for Letting. By signing these ‘Terms of Businessthe Agreement, the Landlord confirms to HR Lettings Ltd that he/she is the legal owner of the property or is entitled to enter into a Tenancy Agreement and will provide HR Lettings Ltd with written proof of their authorisation prior to any Tenancy being agreed. The Landlord or Landlord's representative may be asked to provide sufficient evidence to satisfy HR Lettings Ltd. Also, by signing this Agreement, the Landlord or Landlord’s Representative agrees to indemnify HR Lettings Ltd for any costs, losses or any other expenses incurred if the Landlord or Landlord's representative does not have the right to enter into a Tenancy Agreement.
Consent for Letting. 15.1 It is essential that the Landlord obtains necessary consents from the Head Lessor and/or Lender, if applicable, in granting the Tenancy Agreement and on signing of these Terms and Conditions the Landlord confirms that these consents have been granted and that proof may be required by the Tenant.
