Consent of Lessor. Lessee shall not make any alterations, additions, or improvements to the Leased Premises without the prior written consent of Lessor. Consent for nonstructural alterations, additions, or improvements shall not be unreasonably withheld by Lessor.
Consent of Lessor. (a) Unless specified otherwise herein, Lessor's consent to any request of Lessee may be conditioned or withheld in Lessor's sole discretion. Lessor shall have no liability for damages resulting from Lessor's failure to give any consent, approval or instruction reserved to Lessor, Lessee's sole remedy in any such event being an action for injunctive relief.
(b) It is understood and agreed that to the extent Lessor is required to obtain the consent, approval, agreement or waiver of Lender with respect to a matter for which Lessor's approval has been requested under this Lease, Lessor shall in no event be deemed to have unreasonably withheld Lessor's consent, approval, agreement or waiver thereof if Lender shall not have given its approval if required.
Consent of Lessor. Except as specifically set forth in this Lease, all consents and approvals to be granted by Lessor shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed, and Lessee’s sole remedy against Lessor for the failure to grant any consent shall be to seek injunctive relief. In no circumstance will Lessee be entitled to damages with respect to the failure to grant any consent or approval.

With regard to any provision in this Lease, including exhibits, requiring Lessor’s consent or approval, Lessor shall be entitled to withhold such consent or approval for any reason in its sole and absolute discretion, unless the applicable provision in this Lease expressly states Lessor’s consent or approval will not be unreasonably withheld. Lessor’s consent to, or approval of, any matter requiring Lessor’s consent or approval shall not be deemed a waiver of the requirement to obtain Lessor’s consent to or approval of any similar matter.
Consent of Lessor a. Lessor is entering into this Agreement and consenting to the Assignment in reliance on the representations and warranties of Assignor and Assignee.
x. Xxxxxx hereby consents to the Assignment and the conveyance of Assignor’s interest in, to and under the Lease and the Premises to Assignee.
x. Xxxxxx hereby releases Assignor from any and all obligations and liabilities under or with respect to the Lease, which obligations or liabilities under the Lease accrue or arise after the effective date of this Agreement.

Consent of Lessor. The Lessee shall strictly observe all terms and conditions which the Lessor may impose in its discretion in furnishing any consent contemplated in this Agreement.
