Consent to Electronic Delivery of Communications. By clicking the Agree button below, you affirmatively consent to the electronic delivery of required disclosures, notices, alerts, account statements, terms and conditions, other account specific documents, and future changes to any such disclosures and documents (collectively, the “Communications”). You also agree that Idaho Central Credit Union does not need to provide you with additional paper (non- electronic) copies of required disclosures, notices, terms and conditions, other account specific documents, and future changes to such disclosures and documents, unless you specifically request them. Your consent does not prohibit Idaho Central Credit Union from providing disclosures and notices in paper form. Consent to Electronic Delivery of Communications. By using the Platform, you consent to receive from us all communications including notices, agreements, legally required disclosures, or other information in connection with the Platform (collectively, "Contract Notices") electronically. We may provide such electronic Contract Notices by posting them on the Platform. IF YOU DESIRE TO WITHDRAW YOUR CONSENT TO RECEIVE CONTRACT NOTICES ELECTRONICALLY, YOU MUST DISCONTINUE YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
Consent to Electronic Delivery of Communications. By enrolling in eStatements, you agree to receive and/or obtain your statements, current and future notices, disclosures, and other communications, such as alerts, regarding your relationship with 1st Liberty FCU electronically. You acknowledge that you meet the hardware and software requirements to access Digital Banking, BillPay and/or email and can retain electronic communications by printing and/or downloading and saving agreements, disclosures or other records related to all 1st Liberty FCU Online Services. You accept electronic communications provided via Digital Banking, BillPay, and email as reasonable and proper notice, for the purpose of any and all laws, rules, and regulations, and agree that such electronic form fully satisfies any requirement that such communications be provided to you in writing or in a form that you may keep.

  • Consent to Electronic Delivery You agree that we may deliver all notices, tax reports and other documents and information to you by email or another electronic delivery method we choose. You agree to tell us right away if you change your email address or home mailing address so we can send information to the new address.

  • Consent to Electronic Communications Trend Micro may send You required legal notices and other communications about the Software and Services, including Updates, upgrades, special offers and pricing or other similar information, customer surveys or other requests for feedback (“Communications”). Trend Micro will send Communications via in-product notices or email to registered email addresses of named contacts, or will post Communications on its Websites. By accepting this Agreement, You consent to receive all Communications through these electronic means only and acknowledge and demonstrate that You can access Communications on Websites.

  • Counterparts; Electronic Delivery This Agreement may be executed in multiple counterparts, each of which when executed shall be deemed to be an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same agreement. Execution and delivery of this Agreement or any other documents pursuant to this Agreement by facsimile or other electronic means shall be deemed to be, and shall have the same legal effect as, execution by an original signature and delivery in person.

  • Electronic Delivery The Company may, in its sole discretion, decide to deliver any documents related to current or future participation in the Plan by electronic means. The Participant hereby consents to receive such documents by electronic delivery and agrees to participate in the Plan through an on-line or electronic system established and maintained by the Company or a third party designated by the Company.

  • Recording of Communications Buyer, Seller and Guarantor shall have the right (but not the obligation) from time to time to make or cause to be made tape recordings of communications between its employees and those of the other party with respect to Transactions. Buyer, Seller and Guarantor consent to the admissibility of such tape recordings in any court, arbitration, or other proceedings. The parties agree that a duly authenticated transcript of such a tape recording shall be deemed to be a writing conclusively evidencing the parties’ agreement.

  • FACSIMILE OR ELECTRONIC DELIVERY A. This Agreement may be duly executed and delivered in person, by mail, or by facsimile or other electronic format (including portable document format (pdf) transmitted by e- mail). The executing Party must promptly deliver a complete, executed original or counterpart of this Agreement to the other executing Parties. This Agreement shall be binding on and enforceable against the executing Party whether or not it delivers such original or counterpart.
