Consequences of Information not being supplied. The Hirer will not be permitted to access the Venue during the Hire Period until such time as clause 11.1 has been complied with to the Council’s satisfaction in all respects, time being of the essence. Without limiting any other rights it may have under this Agreement the Council may charge the Hirer additional costs if additional or further administrative time or other arrangements are incurred due to the Hirer’s failure to comply with clause 11.1.
