Consequences of Not Having a Valid Driver’s License or EMT Certificate. An employee who fails to have a valid driver’s license and/or a valid EMT Certificate at the time of recall shall be passed over until the next available vacancy occurring after they have notified the Department that they have corrected the deficiency. Nothing in this Subd. 8 is intended to supersede or limit any rights or benefits provided under applicable pension laws.
