- Health Club Memberships. Subd. 1.

- Health Club Memberships. Employees shall have the option of participating in a District wide fitness program. To qualify for District reimbursement of health club membership fees an employee shall be required to attend a minimum of fifty (50) days in a six- (6) month period. Attendance shall be maintained by the health club. After a six-(6) month period of successful attendance an employee shall be reimbursed their full Napa County approved health club fees for the past six (6) months’ participation. The six- (6) month periods are January 1-June 30 and July 1-December 31 each year.
- Health Club Memberships. The Tenant is hereby granted two (2) health ----------------------- club memberships in the health club located in the Building, free from initial membership initiation fees. Tenant shall be responsible for the payment of all other dues and/or fees imposed by the health club operator, including but not limited to monthly dues, guest fees, and membership renewal and transfer fees associated with such memberships. Tenant must complete and submit to the health club operator a membership application designating an officer or employee of Tenant thereon for such membership. Such membership is for the use and only for the use of the officer or employee of Tenant whose name is contained on the membership application approved by the health club operator and, subject to payment of guest fees, the invitees of such member. The Tenant shall be required in utilizing such membership to comply with all reasonable rules and regulations promulgated by the health club operator in association with such use of health club facilities.
- Health Club Memberships. Subject to the Company’s normal rules and limitations, until December 31, 2005, the Executive shall have the right, free of charges, to club memberships for himself, his immediate family and 25 others, at health and fitness club facilities operated by the Company and its affiliates. 12

  • Club Memberships The Corporation shall provide payment of annual dues and monthly business development expenses for the Executive in connection with a club membership in the market area. Any other contributions (assessments) associated with the club membership are the sole responsibility of the Executive and are to be paid by the Executive.

  • Country Club Membership Employer agrees to reimburse Executive for reasonable country club membership dues, in accordance with Employer’s policy.

  • Club Membership During the Term, the Company shall pay on behalf of the Executive, or reimburse the Executive for, annual membership fees payable in connection with the Executive’s membership in one country club of the Executive’s choice.

  • Memberships The Company will reimburse the Employee for one professional membership which has a business related purpose and is approved by the Company.

  • Club Dues The Company shall pay or reimburse the Executive for the monthly membership dues actually incurred by the Executive for one fitness or country club membership maintained by the Executive; provided that the payable or reimbursable amount shall not exceed $700 per month or such additional amount as may be subsequently approved by the Board or a committee thereof. For the avoidance of doubt, except as specifically provided for above, the Company shall not pay or reimburse the Executive for any other expenses associated with such club membership (including, but not limited to, any initiation fees and personal expenditures at such club).

  • Condominiums/Planned Unit Developments If the Mortgaged Property is a condominium unit or a planned unit development (other than a de minimis planned unit development) such condominium or planned unit development project such Mortgage Loan was originated in accordance with, and the Mortgaged Property meets the guidelines set forth in the Originator's Underwriting Guidelines;

  • Membership Dues Association membership dues, as explicitly approved by the Trustees;

  • Membership The Committee shall include nine (9) members - five (5) representatives from CUPE/SCFP and four (4) representatives from the CTA. Up to two (2) advisors from the Ministry of Education shall act in a resource capacity to the committee. Other persons may attend meetings in order to provide support and resources as mutually agreed.   • Partnerships, Etc To enter into joint ventures, general or limited partnerships and any other combinations or associations;

As such, consistent with training needs identified by the City and the financial resources appropriated therefore by the City, the City shall provide educational and training opportunities for employee career growth. Each employee shall be responsible for utilizing those training and educational opportunities made available by the City or other institutions for the self- development effort needed to achieve personal career goals.
