Consideration of Payment For Absence Beyond Ten Days. It is understood that consideration will be given to payment for necessary incidental sickness absence beyond ten days in a service year, where the circumstances warrant. Important factors in such cases would be the past record of attendance, length of service and the number and duration of Benefit Plan absences.
