Considering Variations. Discussion with Contracting Officer prior to submission will help ensure functional and quality requirements are met and minimize rejections and re-submittals. When contemplating a variation which results in lower cost, consider submission of the variation as a Value Engineering Change Proposal (VECP). Specifically point out variations from Contract requirements in transmittal letters. Failure to point out deviations may result in the Government requiring rejection and removal of such work at no additional cost to the Government.

  • F3 Variation F3.1 The Authority may from time to time during the Contract Period, by written notice to the Contractor, request a variation of the Contract provided that such variation does not amount to a material change to it. Such a change is hereinafter called a “Variation”.

  • Variations No variation of this Agreement shall be effective unless it is in writing and is signed by or on behalf of each of the parties to this Agreement.

You further agree that all modifications to this Agreement are in full force and effect immediately upon posting on the Website and that modifications or variations will replace any prior version of this Agreement, unless prior versions are specifically referred to or incorporated into the latest modification or variation of this Agreement.

  • VARIATION IN QUANTITY The state assumes no liability for commodities produced, processed or shipped in excess of the amount specified herein.
