VARIATIONS FROM. GENERAL PROVISIONS”‌ 8.1 There are no variations from the General Provisions. 1.1 If the Ministry does not obtain complete budgetary approval of the Project under the Danish Finance Act, or only obtains partial budgetary approval for the following fiscal year, or if the Ministry cannot be confident of obtaining full or partial budgetary approval of the Project under the Finance Act before the start of the fiscal year, the Customer may terminate the Contract without notice. 1.2 In this situation the Provider has a right to demand remuneration for work performed up until the date the termination takes effect.
