NON-VARIATION. No addition to or variation, consensual cancellation or novation of this agreement and no waiver of any right arising from this agreement or its breach or termination shall be of any force or effect unless reduced to writing and signed by all the parties or their duly authorised representatives.
NON-VARIATION. 10.1 No variation or amendment of this agreement will be of any force or effect unless reduced to writing and signed by all the parties hereto.
10.2 No consensual termination of this agreement will be of any force or effect unless reduced to writing and signed by all the parties hereto.
10.3 No waiver or abandonment of any partys rights arising from this agreement, accrued or otherwise, will be of any force or effect as against such party unless such such waiver or abandonment is reduced to writing and signed by the party waiving and abandoning such rights.
10.4 No oral statements and no conduct by a party relating to any purported variation, amendment, cancellation, waiver or abandonment will estop a party from relying upon the formalities prescribed in the preceding sub-paragraphs of this paragraph.
NON-VARIATION. No variation, addition, deletion, or agreed cancellation of this Agreement will be of any force or effect unless in writing and signed by or on behalf of the Parties hereto.
NON-VARIATION. No alteration or variation to, or consensual cancellation of, this Agreement shall be of any force or effect unless it is recorded in writing and signed by all the parties to this Agreement.
NON-VARIATION. Save as otherwise expressly provided, no agreement to amend, add to or otherwise vary or waive any of the provisions of this Agreement or to cancel or terminate it shall be effective unless made in writing and duly signed by the Parties or on their behalf by their duly authorised agents.
NON-VARIATION. 15.1 No person other than a director of MalaMala has any authority to contract on MalaMala's behalf on terms or conditions other than those contained in these Standard Terms.
15.2 No variation of these Standard Terms shall be binding upon MalaMala unless reduced to writing and signed by a director of MalaMala.
NON-VARIATION. No alteration, variation, addition or consensual cancellation of or to this agreement (including this clause) will be of any force or effect unless reduced to writing and signed by both parties.
NON-VARIATION. Save as otherwise expressly provided, no agreement to amend, add to or otherwise vary or waive any of the provisions of this Deed of Suretyship or to cancel or terminate it shall be effective unless made in writing and duly signed by both the Surety and the Offeree.
NON-VARIATION. Subject to the provisions of any provision to the contrary contained in this Agreement, no amendment of, variation or addition to or deletion from this Agreement, shall be of any force or effect, unless recorded in writing and signed by the Parties.

14.2 No amendment or consensual cancellation of this agreement or any term of this agreement, including this clause shall be binding unless recorded in a written document signed by duly authorised representatives of both regulators.
