EXHIBIT B ASSUMPTION OF THE RISK AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY RELATING TO CORONAVIRUS / COVID-19 The novel coronavirus 2019 (“COVID-19”) has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. On my behalf, my heirs, successors, and assigns, I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless the City, its officers, officials, employees, and volunteers, of and from the Claims relating to my participation in the Program.
