Common use of Constructability Reviews Clause in Contracts

Constructability Reviews. 3.3.1. It is contemplated that the Construction Manager will have met with representatives of the Department and the Architect as well as other stakeholders to better develop the Department’s requirements for the Project following contract award. During the Preconstruction Phase, the Construction Manager will be required to provide constructability reviews of the design documents for the Project.
