Common use of Constructability Reviews Clause in Contracts

Constructability Reviews. The Construction Manager shall review the Architect’s 50% and 90% Construction Documents submissions and provide written comments on the coordination of the various disciplines, including, but not limited to, civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and landscape. The Construction Manager shall perform constructability reviews of such Construction Documents utilizing a checklist type method such as Redicheck or some other form acceptable to District. The checklists shall be made available to the District. The Construction Manager shall confirm that all constructability comments and revisions agreed upon by the Construction Manager, Architect and District are incorporated into the Construction Documents prior to them being issued to bidders.
