Constructability Reviews. CM@Risk shall evaluate whether: (a) Drawings and Specifications are configured to enable efficient construction; (b) design elements are standardized; (c) construction efficiency is properly considered in the Drawings and Specifications; (d) module/pre-assembly design are prepared to facilitate fabrication, transport and installation; (e) design promotes accessibility of personnel, material and equipment and facilitates construction under adverse weather conditions; (f) sequences of Work required by or inferable from the Drawings and Specifications are practicable; and (g) design has taken into consideration efficiency issues concerning access and entrance to the site, laydown and storage of materials, staging of site facilities, construction parking and other similar pertinent issues.
