Construction and Demolition Recycling. Xxxx agrees to take any and all actions reasonably necessary to timely obtain all permits necessary to expand its existing Construction and demolition recycling operation at the Landfill to keep up with current and projected demand therefor, and to comply with Applicable Laws.
Construction and Demolition Recycling. Contractor shall collect Construction and Demolition Debris deposited in Contractor-furnished drop boxes (7, 15, 20, 30 and 40 cubic yard capacities) on an on-call basis. The drop boxes shall be provided and collected as specified in Attachment C, Section 4.
