Drop Boxes. Contractor shall allow a customer to use a drop box for refuse collection to meet the customer’s disposal needs. In such case, Contractor shall provide customer with a choice of container capacities ranging from ten (10) to forty (40) cubic yards (or similar sizes).
Drop Boxes. Drop boxes will be allowed in locations approved by the LANDLORD. Drop boxes shall be located so as not to interfere with ingress and egress of any occupants of the cargo building.
Drop Boxes. Contractor shall provide qualified generators with a choice of container capacities to use for targeted recyclable materials.
Drop Boxes. Contractor shall provide Commercial Customers with a choice of Container capacities to use for Targeted Recyclable Materials.
Drop Boxes. (1) Each blackjack table in the Gaming Facility shall have attached to it a metal container known as a drop box, in which shall be deposited all cash, documents evidencing fills and credits, requests for fills and credits, and card game inventory forms.
(2) Each drop box shall have:
(a) one separate lock securing the contents placed into the drop box, the key to which shall be different from any other key;
(b) a separate lock securing the drop box to the gaming tables, the key to which shall be different from the key to the lock securing the contents of the drop box;
(c) an opening through which currency, coins, tokens, forms, records and documents can be inserted into the drop box;
(d) permanently imprinted or impressed thereon, and clearly visible, a number corresponding to a permanent number on the gaming table to which it is attached, and a marking to indicate game type, table number, and shift, except that emergency drop boxes may be maintained without such number or marking, provided the word “emergency” is permanently imprinted or impressed thereon and, when put into use, are temporarily marked with the number of the gaming table and identification of the game and shift.
Drop Boxes. Arizona law allows for the County to establish drop boxes into which voters may securely deposit their voted early ballots. EPM (2019) at 60. All drop boxes and their locations must be approved by the Board. Id. The Recorder “or officer in charge of elections” must post a list of drop off and drop box locations on the Recorder’s website. Id. at 61. The Recorder “or officer in charge of elections” must also “develop and implement secure ballot retrieval and chain of custody procedures.” Id. The Recorder “or officer in charge of elections” is also responsible to inspect the containers that transport ballots from drop boxes to the Maricopa County Tabulation and Elections Center, sign the retrieval form indicating the date and time of receipt, and note any signs of tampering; open the containers and count and note the number of ballots; and attach the completed retrieval form to the outside of each container. Id. at 62. Pursuant to this Agreement, the Board is the “officer in charge of elections” for all matters related to drop boxes and so shall be responsible to fulfill each of these responsibilities up until the transfer of custody of the early ballots to the Recorder for the Recorder’s execution of the Recorder’s responsibilities relating to early ballots.

Drop Boxes. Drop Box containers may be used, provided the paint is in 11 good condition, properly marked and in good working order. The CITY 12 retains the right to inspect any such used Drop Box and direct the 13 CONTRACTOR to replace such a used Drop Box if it is deemed to be not 14 acceptable. CONTRACTOR shall work with CITY to consider labeling 15 and/or painting options for Drop Boxes (example: organics drop-boxes 16 would be xxxxx, etc.).
Drop Boxes. Each poker table shall have one drop box with a drop slot located at least two inches to the right of and even with the top right corner of the table tray, with a cover over the drop slot. At the conclusion of the hand the rake is placed in the drop box by the dealer. The drop box shall be a locked container marked with a permanent number corresponding to the permanent number on the table. The locked container shall be locked to the table and shall be separately keyed from the container itself.
Drop Boxes. Solid Waste Drop Boxes shall have gray bodies; Recyclable Materials Drop Boxes shall have blue bodies; and, Organic Materials Drop Boxes shall have green bodies.
