Construction and Location of Piles and/or Decks. a. Slash piles at landings shall be located at least 25 feet from the crown or drip line of any dead or live tree or equal distance between standing dead or live trees, whichever is greater. These piles shall be a minimum of 10.0’ in height and 12.0’ in diameter if sufficient slash is available.
