Construction Documents Estimates. Prior to the establishment of a partial and/or final Guaranteed Maximum Price, when the working drawings and specifications are complete, the Construction Manager shall prepare and submit a cost estimate on the basis of a quantitative material take-off with current local cost for each scope of work.
