Cost Control Subsystem. The operation of this subsystem shall provide sufficient timely cost data and detail to permit Construction Contractor to control and adjust the Project requirements, needs, materials, equipment and systems by building and site elements so that the Work will be completed at a cost which, together with the Construction Management Fee, will not exceed the GMP. Requirements of this subsystem include submissions at the following phases of the Project: 4.1 Pre-Construction Phase Estimates; and 4.2 At establishment of the GMP.

D. 100% GMP Estimate – When the Construction Documents are sufficiently complete enough to establish the GMP. It is noted that drawings will be released in stages and priced as such.

  • Quality control system (i) The Contractor shall establish a quality control mechanism to ensure compliance with the provisions of this Agreement (the “Quality Assurance Plan” or “QAP”). (ii) The Contractor shall, within 30 (thirty) days of the Appointed Date, submit to the Authority’s Engineer its Quality Assurance Plan which shall include the following: (a) organisation, duties and responsibilities, procedures, inspections and documentation; (b) quality control mechanism including sampling and testing of Materials, test frequencies, standards, acceptance criteria, testing facilities, reporting, recording and interpretation of test results, approvals, check list for site activities, and proforma for testing and calibration in accordance with the Specifications for Road and Bridge Works issued by MORTH, relevant IRC specifications and Good Industry Practice; and (c) internal quality audit system. The Authority’s Engineer shall convey its approval to the Contractor within a period of 21 (twenty-one) days of receipt of the QAP stating the modifications, if any, required, and the Contractor shall incorporate those in the QAP to the extent required for conforming with the provisions of this Clause 11.2. (iii) The Contractor shall procure all documents, apparatus and instruments, fuel, consumables, water, electricity, labour, Materials, samples, and qualified personnel as are necessary for examining and testing the Project Assets and workmanship in accordance with the Quality Assurance Plan. (iv) The cost of testing of Construction, Materials and workmanship under this Article 11 shall be borne by the Contractor.

  • CONTROL SYSTEM (a) SELLER shall provide and maintain a quality control system to an industry recognized Quality Standard and in compliance with any other specific quality requirements identified in this Contract. (b) Records of all quality control inspection work by SELLER shall be kept complete and available to LOCKHEED XXXXXX and its customers.

  • Cost Control The Construction Manager shall develop a system of cost control for the Work, including regular monitoring of actual costs for activities in progress and estimates for uncompleted tasks and proposed changes. The Construction Manager shall identify variances between actual and estimated costs and report the variances to the Owner and Architect, and shall provide this information in its monthly reports to the Owner and Architect, in accordance with Section 3.3.2.3 above.

  • Management and Control Systems Grantee will: 1. maintain an appropriate contract administration system to ensure that all terms, conditions, and specifications are met during the term of the contract through the completion of the closeout procedures. 2. develop, implement, and maintain financial management and control systems that meet or exceed the requirements of Uniform Statewide Accounting System (UGMS). Those requirements and procedures include, at a minimum, the following: i. Financial planning, including the development of budgets that adequately reflect all functions and resources necessary to carry out authorized activities and the adequate determination of costs; ii. Financial management systems that include accurate accounting records that are accessible and identify the source and application of funds provided under each Contract of this Contract, and original source documentation substantiating that costs are specifically and solely allocable to a Contract and its Contract and are traceable from the transaction to the general ledger; iii. Effective internal and budgetary controls; iv. Comparison of actual costs to budget; determination of reasonableness, allowableness, and allocability of costs; v. Timely and appropriate audits and resolution of any findings; vi. Billing and collection policies; and vii. Mechanism capable of billing and making reasonable efforts to collect from clients and third parties.

  • Compliance Control Services (1) Support reporting to regulatory bodies and support financial statement preparation by making the Fund's accounting records available to the Trust, the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”), and the independent accountants. (2) Maintain accounting records according to the 1940 Act and regulations provided thereunder. (3) Perform its duties hereunder in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and provide any sub-certifications reasonably requested by the Trust in connection with any certification required of the Trust pursuant to the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002 (the “SOX Act”) or any rules or regulations promulgated by the SEC thereunder, provided the same shall not be deemed to change USBFS’s standard of care as set forth herein. (4) Cooperate with the Trust’s independent accountants and take all reasonable action in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement to ensure that the necessary information is made available to such accountants for the expression of their opinion on the Fund’s financial statements without any qualification as to the scope of their examination.

  • Quality Control Program Engineer shall have a quality control program in place that ensures that all deliverable work is of high quality. Engineer shall submit a plan detailing its program to the Inspection Branch of the TxDOT Bridge Division for review and approval prior to beginning work. State may review or audit the programs.

  • Monitoring System In each case in which the Custodian has exercised delegated authority to place Assets with a Foreign Custodian, the Custodian shall establish a system, to re-assess or re-evaluate selected Foreign Custodians, at least annually in accordance with Rule 17f-5(c)(3).

  • Maintenance Manual No later than 60 (sixty) days prior to the Project Completion Date, the Contractor shall, in consultation with the Authority’s Engineer, evolve a maintenance manual (the “Maintenance Manual”) for the regular and preventive maintenance of the Project Highway in conformity with the Specifications and Standards, safety requirements and Good Industry Practice, and shall provide 5 (five) copies thereof to the Authority’s Engineer. The Authority’s Engineer shall review the Maintenance Manual within 15 (fifteen) days of its receipt and communicate its comments to the Contractor for necessary modifications, if any.

  • Cost Containment The Benefit Fund Trustees are directed to explore all reasonable methods of cost containment to minimize the Employer contribution obligations under the contract. In the event Medicare becomes secondary in the application of the retiree benefit plan, the Trustees will take immediate and remedial action to protect the financial integrity of the Plan.

  • Use; Quality Control a. Neither party may alter the other party’s trademarks from the form provided and must comply with removal requests as to specific uses of its trademarks or logos. b. Each party agrees to use, and to cause its Permitted Sublicensees to use, the other party’s trademarks only in good faith and in a dignified manner consistent with such party’s use of the trademarks. Upon written notice to the breaching party, the breaching party has 30 days of the date of the written notice to cure the breach or the license will be terminated.
