Common use of Construction Manager's Staff Clause in Contracts

Construction Manager's Staff. The Construction Manager shall maintain sufficient off-site support staff, and competent full time staff at the Project site authorized to act on behalf of the Construction Manager to coordinate, inspect and provide general direction of the work and progress of the Subcontractors.

The Construction Manager shall maintain at the Project site sufficient off-site support staff, staff and competent full time staff at the Project site who are authorized to act on behalf of the Construction Manager to coordinateprovide continuous on-site monitoring and coordination, inspect inspection and provide general direction of the work on the Project and progress of the Subcontractorssubcontractors. Construction Manager shall not transfer or move either its Project Manager or any of his supervisory staff assigned to the Agreement without the prior written consent of Owner.
