Common use of Construction of Redeveloper Public Improvements Clause in Contracts

Construction of Redeveloper Public Improvements. Redeveloper at its own cost and expense, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, shall construct/install or cause the Redeveloper Public Improvements to be constructed/installed.
