Driving Range Lease definition

Driving Range Lease means that certain Driving Range Lease dated as of [ , 2002] between Valvino, as landlord, and Xxxx Las Vegas, as tenant. "Eligible FF&E Equipment" means the fixtures, furniture and equipment eligible to be financed under the FF&E Facility and described on Exhibit T-2.
Driving Range Lease means that certain Lease Agreement, dated as of , by and between Valvino, as lessor, and the Borrower, as lessee, with respect to the lease of land on which the driving range for the Golf Course is to be located.
Driving Range Lease means that certain Driving Range Lease dated as of October 21, 2002 between Valvino Lamore, LLC, a Nevada limited liability company as Landlord, and Trustor, as Tenant.

More Definitions of Driving Range Lease

Driving Range Lease means the lease, dated as of the date of this Indenture, between Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, as lessor, and Xxxx Las Vegas, as lessee, with respect to the lease of land on which the driving range for the Golf Course shall be located, as amended, modified or otherwise supplemented from time to time in accordance with Section 4.28 hereof.
Driving Range Lease means that certain Driving Range Lease dated as of October 21, 2002 between Valvino, as landlord, and Wynn Las Vegas, as tenant.

Related to Driving Range Lease

  • Storage area means any location, facility, or vehicle which is used to store, to transport, or to secure a radiographic exposure device, a storage container, or a sealed source when it is not in use and which is locked or has a physical barrier to prevent accidental exposure, tampering with, or unauthorized removal of the device, container, or source.

  • Co-op Lease With respect to a Co-op Loan, the lease with respect to a dwelling unit occupied by the Mortgagor and relating to the stock allocated to the related dwelling unit.

  • Living area means the interior habitable area of a dwelling unit, including basements and attics, but does not include a garage or any accessory structure.

  • Refinery means a facility used to produce motor fuel from crude oil, unfinished oils, natural gas liquids, or other hydrocarbons and from which motor fuel may be removed by pipeline, by marine vessel, or at a rack.

  • mining area means all those pieces of land containing two hundred and forty‑six (246) square miles or thereabouts situate in what is known to the parties as the “Xxx Xxxxx‑Siberia Nickel Laterite Area” the subject of the mineral claims applications for mineral claims and Temporary Reserves listed in the First Schedule hereto which are generally delineated and respectively coloured green and orange and red in the plan marked “X” signed by or on behalf of the parties for the purpose of identification;

  • Public premises means any hotel, restaurant, tavern, store, arena, hall, or other place of public accommodation, business, amusement, or resort.
