Common use of Construction Period Insurance Clause in Contracts

Construction Period Insurance. At any time when non-cosmetic Alterations, demolition or construction work is being performed on or about the Premises or Building by or on behalf of Tenant, including at all times when Tenant’s Initial Work is being undertaken, Tenant shall keep, and require its contractors to keep, in full force and effect the following insurance coverage in each instance with policies reasonably acceptable to Landlord:

Construction Period Insurance. At any time when non-cosmetic Alterations, demolition or construction work is being performed on or about the Premises or Building by or on behalf of Tenant, including at all times when in addition to the insurance coverages required by Tenant’s Initial Work is being undertaken, above, Tenant shall keep, require that all contractors and require its contractors to keep, subcontractors performing Alterations keep in full force and effect the following insurance coverage coverage, in each instance with policies in form and substance reasonably acceptable satisfactory to Landlord:
