Common use of Construction Period Insurance Clause in Contracts

Construction Period Insurance. At any time when non-cosmetic Alterations, demolition or construction work is being performed on or about the Premises or Building by or on behalf of Tenant, including at all times when Tenant’s Initial Work is being undertaken, Tenant shall keep, and require its contractors to keep, in full force and effect the following insurance coverage in each instance with policies reasonably acceptable to Landlord:
