Construction Progress Schedules. The Province agrees with the School Board that it will provide to the School Board a copy of the Monthly Construction Progress Reports contemplated by section 4.11.6(b) of Schedule 18 of the DBFM Agreement within a reasonable time after receipt of such reports by the Province from the Contractor.
