Common use of Construction Representatives Clause in Contracts

Construction Representatives. Landlord hereby appoints the following person(s) as Landlord’s representative (“Landlord’s Representative”) to act for Landlord in all matters covered by this Work Letter Agreement: Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx and Xxxxx Xxxxxxx.
