Construction Surveys. The State will request construction surveys on an as needed basis. The Engineer’s Surveyor shall perform tasks including, but not limited to the following: • Stake existing or proposed right-of-ways. • Stake existing or proposed baseline/centerline. • Stake proposed bridge structures. • Stake proposed drainage structures (e.g., manholes, culverts, etc.). • Set grade stakes. • Recover and check existing control points. • Establish additional control points. • Check elevations and locations of structures. • Determine and resolve conflicts associated with survey data.
