CONSULTANT DISCLOSURE LEGISLATION. In accordance with Chapter 10 of the Laws of 2006, the CONSULTANT shall complete the “State Consultant Services Contractor’s Annual Employment Report” (Form B) and submit copies to the Office of the State Comptroller, the Department of Civil Service, and the Department of Transportation on or before May15th of each year the contract is in effect. The CONSULTANT shall provide information regarding all employees providing service under this contract, whether employed by the CONSULTANT or any subconsultant or subcontractor. Form B will capture historical information, detailing actual employment data for the most recently concluded State fiscal year (April 1st to March 31st). Annual employment reports should be submitted to the following three agencies. It is recommended, however, that consultants check the agency websites annually to confirm the addresses.   • COMPLIANCE WITH CONSULTANT DISCLOSURE LAW If this is a contract for consulting services, defined for purposes of this requirement to include analysis, evaluation, research, training, data processing, computer programming, engineering, environmental, health, and mental health services, accounting, auditing, paralegal, legal or similar services, then, in accordance with Section 163 (4-g) of the State Finance Law (as amended by Chapter 10 of the Laws of 2006), the Contractor shall timely, accurately and properly comply with the requirement to submit an annual employment report for the contract to the agency that awarded the contract, the Department of Civil Service and the State Comptroller.

  • Future Legislation In the event that any future legislation renders null and void or materially alters any provision of this Agreement, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect for the term of the Agreement, and the parties hereto shall negotiate a mutually agreeable provision to be substituted for the provision so rendered null and void or materially altered.

  • References to Statutes, Public Acts, Regulations, Codes and Executive Orders All references in this Contract to any statute, public act, regulation, code or executive order shall mean such statute, public act, regulation, code or executive order, respectively, as it has been amended, replaced or superseded at any time. Notwithstanding any language in this Contract that relates to such statute, public act, regulation, code or executive order, and notwithstanding a lack of a formal amendment to this Contract, this Contract shall always be read and interpreted as if it contained the most current and applicable wording and requirements of such statute, public act, regulation, code or executive order as if their most current language had been used in and requirements incorporated into this Contract at the time of its execution.

  • Export Laws The Software, including Documentation, is subject to U.S. export control laws, including the U.S. Export Administration Act and its associated regulations, and may be subject to export or import regulations in other countries. Licensee will comply strictly with all regulations and has the responsibility to obtain any licenses required to export, re-export, or import Software or Documentation.

  • Data Protection Legislation the UK Data Protection Legislation and any other European Union legislation relating to personal data and all other legislation and regulatory requirements in force from time to time which apply to a party relating to the use of Personal Data (including, without limitation, the privacy of electronic communications) and the guidance and codes of practice issued by the Information Commissioner or relevant government department in relation to such legislation.

  • Slavery Era Disclosure Contractor shall comply with San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 12Y, San Francisco Slavery Era Disclosure Ordinance, including but not limited to Contractor’s affirmative duty to research and disclose evidence of Contractor, its parent or subsidiary entity, or its Predecessor Company’s Participation in the Slave Trade or receipt of Profits from the Slave Trade. Contractor is subject to the enforcement and penalty provisions in Chapter 12Y.

  • Applicable Legislation If and to the extent that any provision of this Agreement limits, qualifies or conflicts with a mandatory requirement of Applicable Legislation, the mandatory requirement will prevail. The Corporation and the Subscription Receipt Agent each will at all times in relation to this Agreement and any action to be taken hereunder observe and comply with and be entitled to the benefits of Applicable Legislation.

  • MEGAN’S LAW DISCLOSURE Pursuant to the provisions of Title 46, Chapter 23, Part 5 of the Montana Code Annotated, certain individuals are required to register their address with the local law enforcement offices agencies as part of Montana’s Sexual and Violent Offender Registration Act. In some communities, law enforcement offices will make the information concerning registered offenders available to the public. If you desire further information please contact the local County Sheriff’s office, the Montana Department of Justice, in Helena, Montana, and/or the probation officers assigned to the area.

  • FUTURE LEGISLATION AND THE COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT 5.01 If any law now in force or enacted during the term of this Agreement renders null and void any provision of this Agreement, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect for the term of the Agreement. The parties shall thereupon seek to negotiate substitute provisions which are in conformity with the applicable law.

  • Anti-Corruption Laws and Sanctions The Borrower has implemented and maintains in effect policies and procedures designed to ensure compliance by the Borrower, its Subsidiaries and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents with Anti-Corruption Laws and applicable Sanctions, and the Borrower, its Subsidiaries and their respective officers and employees and to the knowledge of the Borrower its directors and agents, are in compliance with Anti-Corruption Laws and applicable Sanctions in all material respects. None of (a) the Borrower, any Subsidiary or any of their respective directors, officers or employees, or (b) to the knowledge of the Borrower, any agent of the Borrower or any Subsidiary that will act in any capacity in connection with or benefit from the credit facility established hereby, is a Sanctioned Person. No Borrowing or Letter of Credit, use of proceeds or other transaction contemplated by this Agreement will violate any Anti-Corruption Law or applicable Sanctions.
