Consultant's Performance. All work done by Consultant shall be of the highest professional standard and shall be performed to Company's reasonable satisfaction.
Consultant's Performance. 3.22.1 Consultant shall make citizen satisfaction a priority in providing services under this Agreement. Consultant shall train its employees to be customer service-oriented and to positively and politely interact with citizens when performing contract services. Consultant’s employees shall be clean, courteous, efficient, and neat in appearance and committed to offering the highest quality of service to the public. If, in the Director’s opinion, Consultant is not interacting in a positive and polite manner with citizens, he or she shall direct Consultant to take all remedial steps to conform to these standards.
Consultant's Performance. CONSULTANT agrees to devote a reasonable amount of time agreeable to both parties to meet the objectives outlined in Paragraph 3. The Company acknowledges that Consultant is not an employee of the Company.
Consultant's Performance. Consultant hereby accepts the engagement contemplated by this Agreement. Consultant may engage in other business and personal activities, as long as the performance of such services or other activities does not conflict with Consultant's obligations under this Agreement. During the Term, Consultant shall perform the Services diligently, in good faith and in a manner consistent with the best interests of the Company. Consultant will not be required to move his residence from South Florida.

Consultant's Performance. In the performance of professional services, the Consultant will use the degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised under similar conditions in similar localities and no other warranties expressed or implied, are made or intended in any of the Consultant’s proposals, contracts or reports.

The fact that the County has accepted or approved Consultant’s Work shall not relieve Consultant of any of its responsibilities. Consultant's Performance of services herein is as an independent contractor. Consultant shall be responsible for paying any taxes due on amounts paid by Company for the Work. Consultant warrants that it and its employees have all the rights, permits and licenses required in order to perform the Work.

All of the covenants and obligations that Consultant is required to perform or to comply with pursuant to this Agreement at or prior to the Closing (considered collectively), and each of these covenants and obligations (considered individually), shall have been performed and complied with in all material respects.
