Consultation of personal file. In the presence of an authorized company representative, a Cabin Attendant may consult his personal file as long as he does so at reasonable times of the day; he may be accompanied by a union representative. Should the Cabin Attendant request a copy of his personal file, the Company may charge for photocopy expenses at a reasonable cost.
