Consultations between Contracting Parties. The Contracting Parties shall consult at the request of either of them on matters concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement.
Consultations between Contracting Parties. Either Contracting Party may propose to the other Party that consultations be held on any matter concerning the interpretation or application of the Agreement. The other Party shall accord sympathetic consideration to the proposal and shall afford adequate opportunity for such consultations.
Consultations between Contracting Parties. The Contracting Parties shall consult when necessary on matters concerning the application and operation of this Agreement in the spirit of the Joint Declaration of Principles Guiding Relations between Papua New Guinea and Australia.
