Key Individuals 20.1. The Contractor acknowledges that the Key Individuals are essential to the proper provision of the Services to the Authority.

Contacting You In order to service your Account or collect any amounts you may owe, you agree that we may contact you using any contact information related to your Account, including contact information: (i) you have provided to us, (ii) from which you contact us or (iii) at which we believe we can reach you. We may use any means to contact you, which may include automated dialing services, prerecorded voice messages, mail, e-mail and text messages and calls to your cell phone. You are responsible for any amount charged by any service provider as a result of us contacting you. You agree to promptly notify us if you change any contact information you provide to us.

Individuals To register an Account or use the Services, you must be an individual at least eighteen (18) years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this User Agreement (“Individual”). You further represent that you have not previously been suspended or removed from use of the Services. In addition, where applicable, you must have an account in good standing with Business (“Business Account”) if you are registering for an Account through the Platform.
Information about Contractor Employees 23.1. The Authority may by notice require the Contractor to disclose such information as the Authority may require relating to those of the Contractor’s employees carrying out activities under or connected with the Framework Agreement.
B4 Key Personnel B4.1 The Contractor acknowledges that the Key Personnel are essential to the proper provision of the Services to the Authority.
Government and Service Employees' Union The leave shall be for a period of three years and shall be renewed upon request.
Employee Access to Personnel File An employee shall have the right to read and review his/her personnel file on reasonable notice and by written request to the Human Resources Manager. An employee may request and shall receive a copy of any record or document contained in the employee’s personnel file.
INFORMATION TO EMPLOYEES In the initial correspondence with an individual regarding potential employment in the bargaining unit, the appropriate department shall include a one-page statement about the Union, prepared by the Union at its own expense, provided that the statement is first forwarded to the Executive Director, Human Resources and is not determined to be factually incorrect or inflammatory. If the Executive Director, Human Resources does not forward any suggested changes within two weeks of receiving the statement, the information shall be presumed to be acceptable.
