Contents and Yielding Up. (a) At the end or sooner determination of the Tenancy to give up the Property and all additions to it and all the Contents (except such as the Tenant shall be entitled by law to remove) and the Contents specified in Schedule II or the articles substituted for the same in as good a state of repair and condition as they were at the beginning of the Tenancy (as detailed in Schedule III) (fair wear and tear excepted). Specifically where the hanging of pictures etc have marked the decoration, the decoration must be repaired so that there are no visible marks remaining.

  • Treatment of Passthru Payments and Gross Proceeds The Parties are committed to work together, along with Partner Jurisdictions, to develop a practical and effective alternative approach to achieve the policy objectives of foreign passthru payment and gross proceeds withholding that minimizes burden.

  • Modification of the Small Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer must receive written authorization from the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner before making any change to the Small Generating Facility that may have a material impact on the safety or reliability of the New York State Transmission System or the Distribution System. Such authorization shall not be unreasonably withheld. Modifications shall be done in accordance with Good Utility Practice. If the Interconnection Customer makes such modification without the prior written authorization of the NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall have the right to temporarily disconnect the Small Generating Facility. If disconnected, the Small Generating Facility will not be reconnected until the unauthorized modifications are authorized or removed.
