CONTENTS OF BID PROPOSAL. ‌ Bidders are instructed to supply all documentation identified in Appendix 1, with their bid proposal. Subsequent to bid opening, all information submitted by a Bidder in the bid proposal is considered public information, except as may be exempted from public disclosure by the Open Public Records Act, N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq., and/or other applicable law. A Bidder may designate specific information in its bid proposal as confidential and proprietary if the Bidder has a good faith legal/factual basis for such assertion. The University reserves the right to make the determination and will advise the Bidder accordingly. Confidential and proprietary information shall be clearly and prominently identified in the bid proposal and in a cover letter. The University will disregard any attempt by a Bidder either to designate its entire bid proposal as confidential, proprietary and/or subject to copyright protection. By signing the RFP Signature Page, the Bidder waives any claims of copyright protection set forth within its proposal and any third party manufacturer's price list and/or catalogs. Price lists and/or catalogs cannot be kept confidential and must be accessible to University user departments. The Bidder is advised to thoroughly read and follow all instructions contained in this RFP. Note: Bid proposals shall not contain URLs (Uniform Resource Locators, i.e., the global address of documents and other resources on the World Wide Web) or web addresses. Inasmuch as the web contains dynamically changing content, inclusion of a URL or web address in a bid response is indicative of potentially changing information. Inclusion of a URL or web address in a bid response implies that the bid proposal's content changes as the referenced web pages change.

  • Bidding and Proposal Phase 1.5.1 In conjunction with the development of the Guaranteed Maximum Price and at other times as appropriate to the Project, the Architect/Engineer shall assist the Owner and Construction Manager by receiving and recording requests for Bid and Request for Proposal (“RFP”) Documents, receiving and resolving questions about Bid and RFP Documents; preparing addenda, issuing addenda, and accounting for addenda issued; attending pre-bid and pre-proposal conferences and HUB meetings; evaluating bids and proposals; and assisting in preparing and awarding multiple contracts for construction.   • Submitting Loop Makeup Service Inquiries 2.9.2.1 C.M. may obtain LMU information by submitting a mechanized LMU query or a Manual LMUSI. Mechanized LMUs should be submitted through BellSouth's OSS interfaces. After obtaining the Loop information from the mechanized LMU process, if C.M. needs further Loop information in order to determine Loop service capability, C.M. may initiate a separate Manual Service Inquiry for a separate nonrecurring charge as set forth in Exhibit A of this Attachment.

  • Additional proposals If the Company at any time during the continuance of this Agreement desires to modify expand or otherwise vary its activities carried on pursuant to this Agreement beyond those specified in any approved proposal, it shall give notice of such desire to the Minister and within 2 months after giving such notice shall submit to the Minister detailed proposals in respect of such modifications expansions or variations and such other matters as the Minister may require. The provisions of clause 4 and 5 (including (for the avoidance of doubt) clause 5(9)) shall apply, the necessary changes being made, to proposals submitted pursuant to this clause.

  • Financial Proposal Tender Forms – prices By submitting this tender, the tenderer commits to performing this public contract in conformity with the provisions of the Tender Specifications/ – and explicitly declares accepting all conditions listed in the Tender Specifications and renounces any derogatory provisions such as his own general sales conditions. The unit prices and the global prices for each item in the inventory are established relative to the value of these items in relation to the total value of the tender. All general and financial costs as well as the profits are distributed between the various items in proportion to their weight. The value added tax is dealt with on a separate line in the summary bill of quantities or the inventory, to be added to the tender's value.   • Request for Proposal Once the project development stage and joint scope meeting have produced a County approved Detailed Scope of Work, the County will issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to the Contractor. The RFP will include the Scope of Work approved by the County and other pertinent information with regards to scheduling, submittals, shop drawings and sketch requirements. The Contractor agrees to prepare and submit a JOC Task Order Proposal of Work.

  • Announcement Explanation School District Board Member Vacancy The School District is accepting applications to fill the vacancy resulting from [reason for vacancy] of [former Board member's name]. The contents of a vacancy announcement, how it is announced, and where it is posted are at the Board's sole discretion.
