Common use of Contested Xxxxxxxx Clause in Contracts

Contested Xxxxxxxx. Written notice that a xxxx is contested will be mailed to the PARTY within 60 days of receipt of the invoice and will fully explain the contested items. Contested items will be resolved no later than 60 days following receipt of the written notice. PARTIES are responsible for facilitating resolution of contested xxxxxxxx.
